Greg Swann, Chair
Greg Swann is currently the Pastor of Del Sol Church Sanchez Campus, as well as, Pastor of Connections and Compassion. He has served as a Pastor at the Rogelio Sanchez State Jail for 10 years. Pastor Swann also serves as a Certified Chaplain Volunteer Assistant on the Unit ministering to the Unit as a Chaplain. Pastor Swann serves as the lead Pastor for the Sanchez Campus for Del Sol Church ministering to the Sanchez Officers, Staff, and the Inmates. His increasing familiarity and experience with Sanchez on all levels helps him to be aware of the Spiritual and tangible needs of the Unit.

Kelvin Kroeker, Treasurer
Christ’s commands include caring for those in prison, (Matt 25). Growing up in church, accepting Christ as savior, and serving in various ways over the years I’ve helped with many other ministries, small group studies, financial classes and facilities management. I am also an engineering project manager responsible for project budgets for design and construction. I did not realize that through all this God was preparing me to use His gifts of project management and organization leadership. It is with this background that I humbly serve as Board Treasurer. I am a member of Del Sol Church.
